Saturday, 29 December 2012

Trades ClubThe Trades Club have very kindly written to the HebWeb to say "Thanks from the Trades".

The Trades Club has had a hugely successful 30th year and they've got in touch to says thanks for the coverage on Hebweb. ‘The Trades has had a great year with more than 30 sell out gigs, which is a record, and a huge part of that is the regular updates we get on Hebweb,” says Club spokesperson Paul Clarke.

"The club has a policy of members and locals getting a guaranteed number of tickets but the alerts the HebWeb posts really help make sure people get booked before the big gigs sell out.

"It’s especially helpful when we have last minute events like the Gaza benefit gig or the surprise Africa Express visit to get alerts out.

"We’re very lucky to have such a well-read and respected community website supporting our work and we wanted to thank you publicly for your support in our anniversary year."

The HebWeb appreciates this feedback and will continue to support Trades which has become an edgy, nationally famous venue of which we can all be proud.

The Trades Club has received some well-deserved, national attention this year, which the HebWeb has covered.
