12 hrs per week (Saturday & Sunday) for a period of 12 weeks, commencing 30th May 2009. £8.00 per hour

Hebden Royd Town Council, serving the communities of Cragg Vale, Hebden Bridge & Mytholmroyd, is committed to making it a cleaner, greener and safer place to live, work and visit.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated individual who will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective street cleansing service primarily in areas of public realm within Hebden Royd at weekends and Bank Holidays.

You must be flexible as early morning will be required, able to work in adverse weather conditions and being physically fit as you will be cleansing and sweeping streets, parks, footpaths and roads of litter, detritus and other matter.

As you will be representing the Town Council you are required to have good communication skills, with customers and colleagues alike together with experience of providing services to the public.
